Jason has spent most of his life in and around the nation's capital. After graduating from Penn State with a degree in Film and a minor in English, he worked as an entertainment journalist, taught at Apple as a Creative, and spent a year traveling New Zealand and Japan. After a stint as a Creative for Apple, Jason became an Apple Certified Trainer in 2009, followed shortly thereafter as an Adobe Certified Instructor. In 2012, Jason published his first training book, the Final Cut Pro X Cookbook and currently produces courses for PluralSight and work as an independent certified trainer of Adobe and Apple software.
