When you have your head down and are working on a project, one of the last things you need to have happen is for your review and approval solution to prompt you to upgrade so you can upload another revision.
Today we are solving that problem by introducing new plans that include unlimited storage for $9 per user per month.
Sounds great, right? But what is a user? A user is someone that signs into your Screenlight account with an email address and a password. In practice, you will want to create a user for the following people:
- Anyone who needs to upload media, manage projects, or administer the account.
- Reviewers on super-sensitive projects where you need to lock down access with individual email addresses and passwords.
- Regular collaborators that want to see everything together in one place.
For collaborators that simply need to quickly review and provide feedback on media, it's often easiest (and cheaper) to share media using review links. There's no limit to the number of links you can create or the number of people you can share them with.
With review links you can share individual files, folders or even whole projects. On top of that, review links can optionally have passwords and automatically expire to make things easier for you.
It’s super easy to get started with Screenlight when you don’t have to worry about how much storage you’ll need. Simply sign up and scale up the number of users as your team grows.
You can keep old versions around just in case a client comes back and requests some changes after the project has wrapped.
Another great thing about unlimited storage is that you can start to build up a library of finished work. You use this to privately pitch work to prospective clients.

P.P.S. - If you’re already subscribed to one of our storage based plans, your plan has not changed. We hate it when big changes are foisted upon us without warning. You can stay on your current plan as long as you want and you can switch to per user pricing if and when it makes sense for you.
